Esta resoluci\u00f3n, publicada en enero en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, defini\u00f3 los criterios para la valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de la invalidez para el acceso a las Pensiones No Contributivas por Invalidez Laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Previo a la salida,\u00a0el director de ANDIS\u00a0hab\u00eda mencionado lo ocurrido en la red social X y sostuvo: \u201cEn las \u00faltimas horas, se dio a conocer una grave equivocaci\u00f3n en el anexo de la Resoluci\u00f3n 187\/2025, publicada el 16 de enero de este a\u00f1o en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. Quiero dejar en claro que la publicaci\u00f3n de los t\u00e9rminos en cuesti\u00f3n no tuvo ninguna intenci\u00f3n discriminatoria, sino que se trat\u00f3 de un error derivado del uso de conceptos pertenecientes a una terminolog\u00eda obsoleta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al momento se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cLa Resoluci\u00f3n 187\/2025 ser\u00e1 modificada siguiendo los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e9dicos y normativos vigentes, con el objetivo de garantizar que la terminolog\u00eda utilizada est\u00e9 alineada con las referencias internacionales\u201d. Y complet\u00f3: \u201cPor \u00faltimo, ya se inici\u00f3 una\u00a0<strong>investigaci\u00f3n interna para determinar la o las personas responsables de esto y avanzar con su desvinculaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, asegurando as\u00ed que este tipo de situaciones no vuelvan a ocurrir\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"leermas\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El argumento a los hechos surgi\u00f3 m\u00e1s tarde: \u201cLas personas responsables por lo que pas\u00f3 ya fueron desvinculadas de ANDIS\u201d.
